Shipments will go out within 1-7 business days in most cases however some of our lots are available for purchase but not on hand and may take a little more time to ship in some cases however we print labels daily and ship as fast as possible. We give great shipping prices because we don't believe that inflated shipping prices is good business practice.
UPS ground service is recommended for US customers for orders over 10 lbs.
USPS priority mail is recommended for all international customers as cost is much lower than other services and shipments usually only take 1 or 2 weeks to arrive.
Customs, duty, and vat costs are not included in any purchase price however we make sure to get our international customers exceptional discounts on these additional costs if any.

Returns will be considered and granted upon request in most cases, however buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless error is/was made by seller. Any returned lots with exaggerated missing units from original quantity will be reported to local authorities and refund will be reduced, IP address blocking and buying privileges may be suspended against fraudulent dispute buyers if deemed necessary.

Insurance is mandatory for international shipments over $100.00 and optional if customer is located within the USA.
